Praying with Scrabble cards

Some of our children really love words and challenge!  Here is an idea using some Scrabble Dash cards that I found at home, but it would be just as easy to do with some cards with letters written on them that you make yourself...

1. Choose a card at random.  Thank God for something beginning with that letter or pray for someone whose name begins with that letter.

2. For the more adventurous, choose a game card at random to thank God or pray for...

• Something starting with (choose a letter)
• something ending with (choose a letter)
• a 2, 3, or 4 letter word
• something that has a (choose a letter) in it
• a proper noun (someone's name)
• a verb (e.g jumping, baking, singing)

3. Use the cards to make connecting words of things you want to thank God for.
