Lord's Prayer Play Dough Mats: Hallowed Be Your Name

We're gearing up for 'Thy Kingdom Come,' an international wave of prayer starting on Ascension day, and we're getting excited!

As part of our activities, we're running a prayer day in the local Church of England infant school.  The children will explore the Lord's Prayer through 7 different prayer and reflection stations and the first one will focus on 'hallowed be your name.'

I've made 2 different play dough mats to help children to explore this phrase- partly because some of the children will be at foundation stage so lots of words might be counterproductive.  The idea is that children can explore and decorate names for God and think about how they can use the play dough to make them look 'special.'

As usual, it's great to laminate the mats because then they can be reused as many times as you want and it makes it so much easier to get the play dough off at the end!

Have fun!
