The countdown to Christmas has begun and we're starting to think about ways of engaging the children with the Nativity Story. We won't be really getting into full gear until December, but it doesn't hurt to be prepared! Here is a short game that takes children on a journey through the story...
Children throw a dice and move that number of spaces. If they land on a picture square, they move forward to the next square. There is a second, blank version of the game for children who are more familiar with the story where they have to say what the picture shows before moving to the next square.
